What happens next

After receiving your message, I will contact you to arrange a brief introductory conversation without charge.

The purpose of that conversation is to determine:

• what kind of help you are seeking
• whether my experience and approach fit your situation
• whether online work is appropriate
• whether we can find a workable meeting time
• whether another professional or resource would better meet your needs

If we decide to proceed, we will arrange a longer initial consultation.

Consultation and fees

Initial intake session — $350

The initial session will typically last up to two hours. This gives me enough time to understand you as a person in the larger context of your life, what brings you to therapy, and what kind of work may be useful.

Ongoing full-hour sessions — $200

Sessions with individuals, couples, or multiple partners are $200 for a 60-minute session. Longer sessions may be arranged when appropriate.

Online and in-person work

Most meetings take place online. Limited in-person sessions may be possible when location, circumstances, and the nature of the work make them appropriate.

Retreat intensives

Customized retreat intensives may be considered after an initial consultation.

A limited number of reduced-fee places are available.
